Many of our customer’s have experienced hardship in this difficult time. As your trusted energy advisors, it’s always our job to assist you in saving money and energy, and this job has never been more important than it is now. We’re not able to visit your home and meet face-to-face. However, that will not stop us from getting ahead of this and continuing our energy audit programs. In adapting to unforeseen circumstance, we often find a better way of doing things.

  • TVA’s energy right program is now launching a new virtual option for Home Energy Evaluations. We’ve got all the details in this helpful document.

 

  • This service will allow you to connect with professional energy advisors virtually, and allow you to assess energy needs in real-time. This can be done as a full evaluation or the platform can be used to answer specific questions you may have.

 

  • This service may also be used to provide leads to contractors for your equipment replacements. This is particularly important during Covid-19 when your residential energy use has likely increased due to working and teaching from home. You may have been affected financially, and this is a great way to help you learn more about energy usage around your home.
